I had an interview a few months ago and have not heard if I got the job or not. No communication what so ever. Also somebody internal told me a director stated most of the jobs that are posted there is somebody already in mind for the position. They have to post the job to promote people. Sounds like the job postings are rigged and I was interviewed just as a cya.

Interview was remote video. The STAR process was utilized and conducted by a panel of two people. The process was fairly dry and mechanical with no opportunity to really feel relaxed.

Very professional. Telephone interview followed by a 3-people panel interview completed in 1 hr. Follow up call with an offer was in 3 days and decision making was quick.
