Very formal and straightforward asking about experience and scheduling availability and if okay with temporary position but very good sell on the company and opportunities. Highly impressed me and I decided the temporary nature was not something i wanted to pursue.

Got a call from hiring manager for preliminary phone call. Was very kind and made me feel very comfortable. It took about 25 min. she talked a lot which helped and explained the role in great detail and alittle about the company.

(This is for a contractor role.) Hiring talent acquisition contacts you first for a screening. Then a panel interview with supervisors. Introduction then mostly situational questions; want to see how you work with people, problem solving.
