I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Genedata (Munich, Bavaria) in Nov 2017
Interview
I was interviewed for the position in Munich, Germany. The interview process took 2 weeks and it was organized in three rounds:
1) HR interview,
2) technical online interview and
3) on-site technical and non-technical interviews.
All three rounds passed in very friendly atmosphere. All people I had the interview with were very polite and open-minded. Furthermore, they were very transparent with what and how the company is doing. This gave me a lot of important insights about my future work place.
From my side, I had to show my technical, presentation and soft skills. Technical interviews were straightforward and tested the most important concepts of our profession. Soft skills were tested by talking about various topics with the whole team of experienced professionals.
I also have to highlight that I had excellent HR cooperation during entire interview process.
