Interview
Informal and low-key. Not stressful at all. I initially interviewed for an entry-level positiont that then grew into a software developer role. Everyone was friendly, and questions were fair. The interview team did not seem to be trained in behavioral interviewing techniques -- the hiring manager appeared to be more of a 'best at their job, therefore the manager' type.

This was not an interview session designed to 'trick' or confuse the interviewee. Very straightforward, mostly about education and previous experience. No practical tests.
