I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Gartner Studios, Inc (London, England) in May 2024
Interview
Interesting, some questions that were not relevant and an over inflated sense of their own worth. Interesting company but they are not McKinsey. Overall the process should have actually given me an idea of the business instead of trying to brag about the culture or the company.
Long process of 3 1.5h interviews proceeded by 45 minutes prepp time, it dragged on for over a month. I appreciate their support for each interview but the pressure on the panel interview at the last one doesn't compare at all to the previous ones and I wish the second interview at least would have been similar in pressure and scruitiny so I had an earlier idea that my sales experience was not enough rather than wastinng another 2 weeks time waiting and preparing for the last interview.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Gartner Studios, Inc (Los Angeles, CA) in Dec 2023
Interview
I was actually contacted by a recruiter through an employee referral. I reached out to said employee on LinkedIn and that got things moving! A call was immediately set up and I spoke very openly (and convivially) with the recruiter. While the role I had applied for ended up not being remote for where I lived, she still said to DIRECTLY contact her should anything arise in my area at a a later so that she could be my advocate. I was impressed.

Question 1
This was an introductory call. It wasn't a proper interview. But, interview-like questions were asked.
