Tedious process. Process seemed to bore them. There was a phone screening when they asked about education, activities and all of that related stuff through an in-house recruiter. The recruiter said that there would be another phone call with a manager to be asked certain questions, but when the time for the appointment came they never called back. I received an email the next day saying they tried to reach me but they couldn't, which seemed weird. The next phone call was with the same in-house recruiter where she asked similar if not the same questions to the first phone call.
I got a call back the next day to inform me that I would proceed to the face to face interview. For the face to face interview I was greeted by two employees there, where they passed me on to a senior analyst where he would show me what he did on a day-to-day basis. After half an hour, the two ladies interviewed me but it was more of a tell us what you can remember from what the senior analyst told you type of interview. I personally thought they were a bit unprofessional throughout the process due to their attitude towards me (not sure if it is a general thing or just that occasion), they seemed not to be very interested in doing the interview.
Overall, they didn't seem to mind a lot of personality traits, but more how would you be able to handle such a dull role that consists of hours upon hours replying to emails and ticking boxes off your everyday checklist. On the positive side, they paid well and it seemed like a nice place/area to work.
