Ganahl Lumber interview questions

Very slow process. Interviews, three so far, were all informal "get to know you" meetings covering background and industry knowledge with a few situational questions. Applied online. The Department Manager called me about a week later to schedule an interview. Lasted about 45 minutes. Second interview two weeks later with Branch Manager and a Department Manager from another store. Third interview more than a month after that with another Department Manager from a different store. Another week elapsed when I received word that they are still conducting interviews. Eight weeks so far and I can't tell if they are close to making a decision yet. My multiple attempts to follow-up sporadically answered.
