I applied online. They gave me test with problems in probability, statistics and coding. You had 1 hour to complete the test. After that I got interviewed by 4 people. The whole process lasted three weeks.

Initially contacted by a recruiter. Had a one hour long paper based math and programming test followed by a non technical interview with team manager and HR. Everything was in English.

Exams are handout for both Maths skills and programming skill. After the exams, there is a less technical face to face interview focused on more behavioral questions. Pretty quick turnaround time.
