Before the actual interview there was a phone brief interview . Mahesh Khambadkhone their co founder was the interviewer and it was an amazing experience . As my skills fell short they gave me buffer period to implement a demo and revert back .

It was based on the college projects in my resume related to games ... and how i could have improved upon them .
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Games2Win (Mumbai) in Jan 2014
Interview
Got a consultant's call who arranged a meeting with the CTO. The meeting was good and I was given a test, to be completed within 3-4 day. After I submitted it, I got a call from the CTO within a few days and got an offer.
