I applied online and a week after the recruiter contacted me. They gave me an art test and after a few days after i finished the test, they gave me a feedback and they wanted me to be interviewed by the hr and the lead artist. The process took 3-4 weeks.

Gameloft madrid (and gameloft in general) Seems to have a policy of sending out art tests haphazardly.
I got a generic response 1hr after applying, asking if I would be interested in doing an art test. I've also been contacted on other occasions by gameloft recruiters asking the same thing. I decided to decline the art test seeing as I don't think that we as an industry should endorse this type of disrespectful and toxic hiring ethics.

Applied online. They got back to me in couple of days. I had to fill out a generic motivational letter, before they could send me an art test. An art test was to create a game environment with a very low poly count. After submitting an art test, it took them more than a month to let me know that I was not chosen.
