Apply in mid-July 2017, received news only in November 2017 following a Inside-Recommendation in August 2017. Took a long time, explained the recruiter to me, because they make a lot of change in the company, so put everything on hold for more than 2 mounts. So I received an Email communication with the recruiter following the inside-recommendation for an Internship. I then get a phone interview. They send me a test 2 day later and gave me 2 weeks to do so. After one week, I send my test, and they took 1 week to give me my evaluation of the test. They told me it was the best test they review in the last 2 mounts, but they answer they won't take me. I asked if it was possible to make some correction on my test or do it over to give what the Art Director might have in mind, but since, they give a radio silence.
