Interview
The interview is composed of two parts: one is over the phone and one at the HQ. The one over the phone is to test your English skills, while the one at the office consists mainly of tests: a psychological evaluation, analytical and perception skills.
Been asked about previous experience, how were the QA processes handled at the previous work place, how were issues handled at the previous wok place, if I have encountered major issues and how did I handle the situation, test strategies used and a practical test in order to verify my testing skills.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Gameloft (Cluj-Napoca) in Sept 2017
Interview
3 tests consisting of:
english writing and speaking
bug report
1 week of a trial period after, if you get hired you are paid for the week else you are not.
The interview is not hard if you know english and have an eye for finding bugs.
