After I had a phone interview, I went in for an in-person interview, which took about 4 hours. If you have good marketing/CPG experience it will be a breeze. Whole hiring process took about one month.

Question 1
If you didn't have any data/insights, how would you launch XXXX product?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GameChanger Products (Alameda, CA)
Interview
A current employee referred me to the company and forwarded my resume to the hiring manager (one of the managing directors). I had a phone interview that lasted 30 minutes. It was a basic behavioral interview. Asking about past work experience, working in teams, learning new tasks easily, if I was willing to travel, microsoft office skills, etc.
A few days later I was invited into the office for a final interview. Mine was with 3 people. Managing director I spoke with over the phone, a senior marketing associate, and another managing director. Each interview lasts 30-45 minutes and are pretty much all behavioral. They're looking to see if you are energetic and not shy. They want someone who is looking to start a career in CPG (consumer packaged goods). They look for strong analytical skills and previous data analysis using excel.
The senior marketing associate will ask you a technical question about how to manipulate data through excel. You will need to explain your method of consolidating, organizing, and reporting the data. Think about specific functions like sumif, countif, vlookup, etc. Also think about how you will convert your table into a pivot table and then transfer graphs and tables into a powerpoint presentation.
I was offered a one week "trial period" where they could further evaluate my performance. Then offered a full time position.

Question 1
Are you willing to travel to a major US city alone for 2-3 months at a time?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GameChanger Products (Alameda, CA) in Feb 2015
Interview
All candidates are phone screened by Trinet HR. The representative I spoke with was enthusiastic, kind, helpful, and showed good judgment (she moved me forward). I then came in to headquarters to speak with the CEO -- from reading his articles, you can tell he knows exactly what is doing... which is exactly what you want from a CEO. After speaking with the CEO, I left and came back for another round. I spoke to 3 more individuals, all of whom were very personable and engaging.
