The interview process was very formulaic and straight forward. It consisted of yes/ no questions, 1-5 ratings, and behavior-based questions. Interviewer was not able to provide more detail on questions, provide information about the actual position, or go into detail about the actual job you're applying to. It was clear that answers were simply recorded, and the subsequently rated by interviewers afterwards. More than anything, it was a "culture-fit" interview. Most questions pertained to performance-based pay and being extroverted. Know what to expect based on this interview. Its an organization with a strange culture and lots of internal competition.
