I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gallup (Mumbai) in Mar 2013
Interview
very smooth interview process. I had to reschedule the interview twice and the HR staff was friendly and supportive and understanding. The hiring process is around 15 days. They seem like a non political and flat organisation. There were 2 phone interviews. The interviewer asks back to back questions. Only state an example when asked.

Question 1
pretty much the same questions as mentioned earlier on this site
Very friendly interviewers. I didn't not get the job but they personally called me to let me know I didn't me make the final round. They didn't treat me like a number, but as a person which I appreciated.
2 personality tests + one hygiene round + 2 technical rounds in total. The process was very rigorous and some parts of the interview made no sense. Overall, a very difficult experience all for nothing.
