Interview
Two Assessments that screen for your ability to perform the job, interview with HR, then the Hiring Manager and then members of the team. The team was very friendly and made you feel comfortable. When you sense hesitation or lack of interest in you then it probably means they have someone else in mind or you are not seriously being considered.
Long application process with very detailed personality test. Many are repeated with slightly different phrasing to look for consistency. Phone interview was very impersonal as others have mentioned. Similar questions to the personality test but with the person asking you to give an example.
