Better chance of an interview if your related to somebody already there they are very age orientated. The older you are the less chance you have as soon as they know your age they lose interest

Having being asked numerous questions to my work history over the phone with a Talent Acquisition Advisor. I then went on to have an evening interview with the Contract Manager where the role was outlined and I found the Contract Manager to be very honest about the role. I then returned for a second interview with the Contracts Director where my history was discussed in more detail. My third face to face was with the customer Head of Logistics where more in depth discussions centred around the customer expectations.
