I had my first interview in April - positive feedback from the manager and myself. 2nd interview start of May, again positive feedback. Then nothing... Was told I'd hear back 2nd week in May - nothing... Agency kept reassuring me the feedback was positive and to keep waiting. 3 weeks later, even the agency rep is getting thoroughly annoyed at the messing around...5 weeks from the start of this I'm finally informed after directly messaging the first manager on LinkedIN that I haven't got the job. I'd lost the will 2 weeks ago, what a complete waste of time and effort - disrespectful company, absolutely poor experience. I can accept not being the successful candidate but the waiting around for over a month not knowing, no feedback made the entire experience incredibly poor
