I went through two interviews. The first was with the hiring manager, and the second was supposed to be a panel, but one of the interviewers never showed. That interview was supposed to be rescheduled, but it never happened. On top of that, they had technical issues on their side that disrupted the flow. From the start, it was clear I was not their candidate because both interviewers were disengaged throughout. I followed up with the recruiter twice and was completely ghosted. About four months later, I checked the candidate portal and saw I was no longer under consideration. For a company like GSK, you would expect at least a simple courtesy note saying “thanks, but no thanks.” So I said no thanks to further applications at GSK, which is their loss and not mine!
