The response and interview schedules were done quickly , I was selected for 1st round after email screening, then had 1st round interview which was about 25 mins completely on technical or cdm knowledge and later I was selected for 2nd round so I got the email for 45 mins interview and I prepared myself more on technical aspects but the second round was more about your STAR questions and your skillsets. I thought I did good even though I was caught off guard as I was expecting more technical questions I still tried to give my best and after 3 days I just got an automated email stating we are proceeding with other candidates who match more closely. The interview panel was good but im dissapointed with the fact that Im not provided proper reasons for rejection and the role was asking for just 3 years experience but I had close to 7 years experience not sure why didnt I get through. One thing I told them with honesty was I didnt have experience in the therapeutic area they were looking for( however I have worked on more critical therapeutic areas and Im very confident that il learn and gain expertize on this one quickly) and I believe that might be the reason for rejection,
