The interview process seemed very unstructured for the position that I was applying for at the time. It seemed that the hiring manager did not have the ability to make the decision and that internal politics were driving the selection process.

First step is : Ability tests like numercal and verbal ability and English test
Second: assessment center included case study, role play and group discussion
Finally panel interview which include the sales director and the HR director and marketing member
