Three step interview. With the recruiter, hiring manager, one member of the team. About 2 to 3 weeks turn around time. Doing your own research prior to the interview serves a great turn.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GP Strategies (Houston, TX) in May 2015
Interview
I was contacted by HR via email by a very nice woman who was concientous about every aspect of my process as an interviewee and then I had a phone interview with her. After that I was scheduled for a face to face interview where I met with 3 people. It was the hierarchy of their team and two had come from other states. They were all 3 the nicest, most gracious and warm people.
It was a really nice experience.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at GP Strategies in Jan 2012
Interview
Interview process included two phone screens with team management. A heavy emphasis was placed on soft skills and “fit throughout the process. The team was very friendly, and was not aggressive in their interview styles. Many questions were scenario based, asking me how I’d deal with certain client scenarios.
