I applied directly on the GP Strategies website (found through Linkedin) I was contacted by HR in early May to setup an initial interview. I went through 3 separate interviews; 1 phone screen with HR 1 with the Hiring Manager 1 In person interview with the Supervisor and team In both of the phone interviews, they were great and easy to talk with. Aimee (HR) is phenomenal and very helpful with anything and everything that I had questions about. She was instrumental in guiding me throughout the process and I'm glad to have interviewed with her. The second interview was with Michelle (Hiring Manager) and she was also wonderful. She was very patient and easy to talk with during the interview process, and helped me with getting more familiar with the job. The final interview was in-person with the team itself, and that was easier that I thought ( which is a good thing) I had spent time prepping as best as I could and luckily I was able to connect with everyone and left the interview with a good feeling. The very next day I got feedback and was offered the job! I happily accepted and I'm glad to be the member of the team!
