I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at GEICO (San Diego, CA) in Mar 2016
Interview
Applied online. Got a phone call the very next day and set up an interview later that week. I was advices to prepare to be there from 1-6 hours. Obviously the shorter your visit the higher chance you didn't get it. Took the typing and multitasking tests first. If you don't pass this they send you home immediately. After passing I went and your typical interview with an HR representative. From there was the mock phone calls. Personally I struggled on the first call but got it together rather quickly for the last two, which saved me. Then was interviewed again by the manager who did the mock call where we discussed my mock calls and how similar they are to the position. Then you sit in with a CSR on their calls for an hour or so. Finally, you have the interview with the supervisor who you could potentially be reporting to, if given the job offer. If all goes well you go fill out paper work accepting the job offer.
There are two rounds. The first round is virtual and they ask about your background and if you can handle the process. For the second-round, You will shadow someone for 20 minutes then proceed for a 40 minute interview. There are a lot of situational questions.

Interview
You first fill out an assessment test. The assessment test isn't difficult; there are a few parts to it. First is the reading tables section. It asks you a question about the table and based on that you pick one of the four answers. This part is timed so you want to pace yourself a little bit. The other part is picking the statement that describes you the best, then the second-best statement out of three statements. Overall, this did not take long.
