I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at GEICO (Virginia Beach, VA) in Feb 2015
Interview
Brought me in in the middle of a snow storm; no excuses. All other candidates bailed out. Scored poorly on tests at first, then great on interviews. Interview process lasted the entire day, from 9am to 4:30 pm. Background check is SUPER intensive and lasted almost 3 weeks. Bold Drug and Medical screening. Graduating each step gets you to the next level. If they send you to the next guy, it means you're good.

Question 1
All the typical usual questions. The difference is the "sales call", where they literally leave the room and call you, asking you to sell them a product for which you will have 10 minutes to study.
It was pretty easy. They just asked me a bunch of questions about my past experience that jobs with customer service. I thought I would get the job but never ended up getting the job. I used to be a hairstylist and was hoping to get a career change into insurance but was told I wasn't a fit.

I applied online. I interviewed at GEICO (Macon, GA)
Interview
There was a typing test to determine wpm, then I had a sales roll play call, and finally an interview with a hiring manager. Once I finished with the hiring manger, they took me to the sales floor to talk to a supervisor.
Fairly easy, was offered the position on the spot and really enjoyed the interview process with my recruiter, they involve role playing questions as well as your standard behavioral questions
