Interview
It’s a very simple process. Application. Assessment. Zoom interview. In Person Interview. I think everything went well. They will have you sit side by side with someone for 30 minutes and then interview for another 30 minutes. I feel I was not offered the position and I do believe it’s because I was pregnant at the time. The questions they asked during the interview are pretty straightforward customer service based questions.

They will also ask you a few questions about auto coverage and they expect you to know the answer.
There are two rounds. The first round is virtual and they ask about your background and if you can handle the process. For the second-round, You will shadow someone for 20 minutes then proceed for a 40 minute interview. There are a lot of situational questions.

Interview
You first fill out an assessment test. The assessment test isn't difficult; there are a few parts to it. First is the reading tables section. It asks you a question about the table and based on that you pick one of the four answers. This part is timed so you want to pace yourself a little bit. The other part is picking the statement that describes you the best, then the second-best statement out of three statements. Overall, this did not take long.

Straight forward. There are 2 interviews, must pass 1st to get 2nd. 2nd interview is more detailed and is on site. 1st interview is via zoom. 2nd interview about 45 minutes to an hour
