Interview
Not good and they said one thing but did another. Later on they hired leadership that didn't know how to manage in that environment. This lead to the team members lossing moral and projects not being completed.

2 interviews. Multiple teams. Did a circuit. Some technical questions. Some about how to work with other departments. Showed the office and met whole teams. Final interview one on one with org manager. More behavioral questions

Interview
Fast process. I got an offer by the phone and we were negotiating over details. However, later on I received an email saying that they will not proceed with the recruitment!
