Straight forward they called, we talked, interviews with one, two, and ten people. Candy bars and ice cream. Most interviews remote. One in person. Then it was done. I got the job and started working there.
One on one with a manager. Lasted about an hour. Super straightforward and engaging. Great company that runs a very efficient and detailed interview process. Not too much of high pressure interview but definitely corporate run interview.
Multiple interviews. Not bad. There's a generic get to know you interview, and then a behavioral panel to dig into what your prior experience. You really need to ensure that you've done everything within the description before.
