First, phone interview with a current Finance Intern, very basic situational questions and questions about my CV. Then, Assessment Center in Bracknell (I couldn't attend, so we did it over the phone) consisting of 3 1:1 interviews (2 with HR, one with senior management), also mostly situational "tell me about a project where you changed the outcome", "tell me about your weaknesses", etc.
One funny question: how much does a plane weigh?
