Firstly you send off your CV and cover letter. You will then be invited to complete a digital video interview. If successful, you will be invited to an on-site interview for the role you applied for, which is the last stage of the process.

Interview
Online assessment followed by recorded interview. Online assessment consisted of behavioral questions, recorded interview consisted of questions related to past work/project experience. Currently awaiting response to move to the next stage which is a 1-on-1 interview.

Interview
After they reviewed my CV, I was asked to do an SHL test, which I passed. The next stage was a video interview which I failed. The video interview had 1 practice video question and several other video/text based questions. I had 30 seconds to prepare and 3 mins to answer.

Interview
Behavioral Interview. Asked me about my resume, how I have handled certain experiences, about my strengths and weaknesses, etc. Interviewers were polite and allowed me to think before answering questions. Interview lasted about 50 minutes. Received the interview after attending a school career fair.
