I had a great talk with the first team I met with. I logged on for the second interview 5 days later and they no showed. No advance warning, no nothing. I reached out to the recruiter who left a voicemail saying she'd call me to explain and then she ghosted me too. Moral of the story is GE doesn't care about your time or talent. If they handle interviews like this imagine how they handle their staff behind the scenes. This will just get lost in a sea of positive reviews for a massive company but it's already a brutal job market out there, don't contribute further to a culture of uncaring attitudes.
