I didn't even bother.
A) the recruiter texted me to let me know he emailed me and to respond to the email to set up a time to interview. Cool.
B)email was in my spam because Gmail saw it as that. Can I blame Google? In this case absolutely not. It was a pure template. It didn't even say my name just "dear applicant" sorry you can trigger pretty much any ATS system to avoid that.
C) in order for me to get an interview I would have to provide a copy of my credit score as I (as a coordinator) would be holding a company credit card.
Sorry- was never disclosed in the job posting that this is require. Not only that, but in the current post covid climate, everyone's credit scores are messed up. PLUS, this came across as it could be a disqualifier if my credit score was not what they wanted. I could understand if this was a finance position in which I would be handling company funds, but not in HR.
Promptly declined. I am not sure if this is GE actual process or of someone was scamming me by using GE name and email extension, but it is questionable at the least and unethical every other way.
