Interview
Received a call from the team leader and we spoke for about 20 minutes about my resume and the position. Two weeks later they flew me out to meet 4 team members plus HR. Interviews were informal and mostly consisted of going over the experiences listed on my resume and common interview questions (weaknesses, strengths, etc.)
Call with the hiring manager followed by a call with a GE recruiter. The final round was a day of interviews with the hiring manager, HR, and three other people.

Interview
I applied, and got a phone interview with HR a week later. I couldn't schedule a time, but instead was given a time to interview. Almost exactly a month later, I got a phone call from the hiring manager going over my resume and discussing job duties. That same day, I was offered an onsite interview, which occurred a week later. The onsite involved meeting with 4 members of the engineering team, and was very casual and behavioral. The last meeting was with the hiring manager, and we went over a problem on a whiteboard so they could observe how I think. I am waiting to hear if I got the job or not.
