As per the process, it is telephonic round followed by onsite interview. GE healthcare India doesn't pay for the stay during onsite interviews. Only travel expenses are paid and that too are reimbursed. And reimbursement could take more than optimal time. I had to send reminders for the reimbursement form link. I cleared all the technical rounds. But HR paused the process since I had taken long study leave from my previous organisation. And HR felt that to be fishy and wanted to do background verification before even releasing the offer. Which is a bit strange. Anyways I respect that, since it is their process and decision. But nobody informed me on final result of the recruitment process.
