Interview
Talked to the company at the career fair and was given an on-site interview. They picked us up and dropped us off from campus. Typical STAR formatted interview with 2 interviewers. Was also given tours of the site while there.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you felt strongly about something (that maybe other people did not and you had to convince them otherwise), Tell me about a time someone did not work the way they were supposed to and it ended up affected the results, Give an example of a tough decision that you had to make, etc.
Behavioral interview. There was an on site tour as well as individual interviews. THey asked the standard behavioral questions that were scripted. Tell me about a time when you had an incompetient group member.
