1st HR interview: 1 HR: 4 interviewees
-Some basic questions about major, past experiences and English questions to show oneself
2nd division interview with managers: 2 Managers: 1 interviewee
-Direct questions about skills they need right away
3rd project interview with given task: 2 Managers: 4 interviewee
-This was optional since the position required specific skill. 4 candidates gave 5 mins proposal of new website UX/UI
results came out quick
