I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GALLO (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2017
Interview
Interview process was great. A lot of the questions relate to your leadership and willingness to go above and beyond. Less about the company and more about the people. Depending on the time of year the process will be lengthier. Most recruits are made right out of college.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GALLO (Ottawa, ON) in Feb 2022
Interview
The interview process was 3 phases Phase one, phone call with recruitment person, very basic questions including salary expectation, current/past experience ect Phase two, video phone call with HR, exact same questions but previous interviewer "scared" me telling me to be super prepared as it was a tough interview Made it to the third and final round which was a video call with 2 sales managers. They wanted really specific hard data, numbers and examples, of which I wasn't able to provide, I did not get the job. If you can give really specific examples you will do well.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GALLO (Los Angeles, CA) in Jun 2019
Interview
The interview process was very positive. A handful of personal questions mixed with personal experience questions, as well as a mixture of "case-fit" personality questions. the interviewee was very kind and made me feel comfortable. Our conversations flowed very smoothly, making the interview not stressful.
