Don't waste your time with their phony jobs unless you can get inside through a referral.
First was the HR interview done through a microsoft teams videocall and the person interviewed me with standard HR questions.
A day after was the technical test that I did via email. You have 1 hour to write bugs for 6 videos of Conan Exiles with no instructions other than writing everything in a word/notepad file and you must submit before the deadline. The test is done via email and you get to do it at home. The videos were weird and you can get lost if you're not familiar with an old game that appears early access.
And then there was the technical interview which was done via teams almost completely in english. They asked me what is my greatest achievement and greatest failure and then they tried to use the failure against me. At the end, they told me that I'll receive an email and that's how I'll know whether the response is positive or negative. And if the response is negative then you have another opportunity to get the job if you go through another 3 interviews. At this point I got positive feedback so we moved to the next.
And then a few days later there an interview where I was interviewed for just 30 minutes and exactly the same questions were repeated. What is my favourite game and if I ever faced any bugs in it. Same at the end, the answer would be sent through mail and if the answer is affirmative then I would be going for the final interview.
I waited 2 days for this: "After completing our round of interviews and conducting a thorough review of all candidates, we have decided to move forward with other applicants who more closely match our current needs."
The whole process took exactly 2 weeks and no feedback received.
