I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fujitsu (Warrington, North West England, England)
Interview
internal application. Two sessions, first a verbal interview, a discussion with line manager and a senior manager of the account. The second one 2 PPT presentations and then Q&A session about what you have presented with the same people. Not so difficult if you confidents about your skills and if you know how good is what you have prepared.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fujitsu in Mar 2012
Interview
Initial telephone interview conducted by internal recruiter and then face to face interview with hiring manger.
Pleasant and relatively informal process.
Disconnect in terms of information provided to me by the recruiter and the interview with the hiring manager - so that wasn't great.
Took ages to get feedback and by the time I got it I had already started in another role!
Offices are a bit dull and whilst looked tidy, seemed to have been a cheap refurb.
Employees passing through reception appeared relaxed and oblivious to the guests waiting in reception - they talked and called out to other staff - didn't seem to be a particularly professional Environment.
