You have an initial call with a recruiter and the second step is the "Cultural Fit Interview", which I didn't pass. In general it was a great process, very fast.

2. What wakes you up in the morning? What’s your key motivator?
3. What the key aspects that a Senior Web Developer should be concerned about?
4. More specifically in technical terms. Is there a checklist of things that you need to do in order to be satisfied when completing a feature?
5. What’s your preferred go to Stack? Is there a stack that you have more experience with?
6. Have you worked already without frameworks?
7. How many years you have experience with React and how comfortable you feel with it?
8. Do you have any experience with API Development?
9. What you like to do on your free time?
