Frontier Waste Solutions interview questions

I was happy when I saw an HR position open with them since it seemed like a great opportunity for my experience and skill set. I applied and got a first interview. I thought it went really well. The hiring manager seemed nice and we ended up talking past the interview timeframe. The hiring manager then said she would like to move me forward with next steps and would reach out to set that up in the next few days. Ended up receiving no follow-up even when I asked for one and just got ghosted.
