Apply online. Wait for online assessment. They never sent it. I applied online again. They sent it this time. Waited a year for phone interview. Phone interview girl liked my answers so she set me up for an in person interview. I interviewed in Las Vegas. They asked me one question and didn't hire me based on the one question. Question was "Tell me something unique". The whole process was weird. There was around 20 recruiters there and not one recruiter smiled. They made it very uncomfortable. They didn't hire me. I'm white. They hired mostly minorities with no social skills. I'm also a Registered Nurse and they didn't hire me. I guess they don't want to hire white Nurses.
