I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Frederickson Partners
Interview
Had a call with a recruiter, who said I would be scheduled to speak to someone else at their firm. Never received a call. They never closed the loop with me. For a recruiting firm that specializes in HR roles, I find it crazy they don't know how to create a great candidate experience. They make the company they represent look poorly.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Frederickson Partners (Menlo Park, CA) in Aug 2017
Interview
I interviewed on the phone with Courtney and then had a full panel interview with the team onsite twice (7 interviewers total including 3 senior members from search, 1 from Business development, and 2/3 partners Michele and Mathilde)
I did not meet the CEO of the company nor did I care because I was not going to be directly working with her and the partners I would be interacting with on the daily were excellent to work with.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to be analytical and set up a new process?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Frederickson Partners (Menlo Park, CA)
Interview
Phone interview then invited for an in-person interview. Told numerous contradicting things between the phone and in-person interview from salary range to responsibility details. Found many of the employees I met during my walk through to meet employees both unfriendly and seemingly stressed. I found the woman who interviewed me not particularly friendly. She answered my questions about culture by emphasizing how young everyone was there and she swore several times during the walkthrough which I found unprofessional esp. for an organization that deals in HR staffing. Didn't leave with a good impression or continued interest in the role.
