The Process took 2 weeks. This was the Interview that happened in Nov'20. First Round: Got a test link of DoSelect Platform, where in they asked 15 basic ML and DL MCQ Questions and 2 ML based programming questions. I remmember giving this test in Early September 2020. The Recruiter reached me back in Late October 2020, and informed me i had cleared the Test, and would be scheduling the first Technical Round. Second Round: This was a technical round, of wherein the Interviewer was a Lead Data Scientist with Fractal, asked me questions from my previous works and ML , DL basic concepts. Third Round: This was a Techno-Managerial Round, or Fractal calls it APEX round. The Interviewer was well patient and asked me questions from my previous work, conflict management skills, mentoring skills, and on technical side asked me to make him Understand LSTM architecture, and its applications. Fourth Round: This was an HR Discussion Round, where it was a behavioral fit analysis. Although the interview was scheduled for 1hr, the HR wrapped up the discussion in 15mins. Received the Offer letter post 2-3 days
