Interview
First there is an Aptitude test online consisting 70 ques needed to be done in 75 mins , Next is a telephonic technical interview focussing on skills test and experience. Next is on site interview with higher management person, interview is totally focused on work experience. After this HR round took place which try to understand why you want to join fractal. All process took 3 week and runs smoothly. Interviewers were good and seems to be fit at their positions. Happy with the process and eager to be part of fractal family.

3 level interview. 2 technical rounds & 1 fitment round. They don't just test your technical skills, but rather your competency & way of thinking & handling projects. One of the best interviews i have ever faced.

The interview process had three rounds: HR, Online assessment, technical, and senior management. It was completed over a period of more than one month, involving detailed evaluations at each stage.

Interview
It was the most unique interview for me to date! There were 3 rounds for this role:- 1. Technical Interview 2. Case study round 3.HR round
After clearing all the rounds, and submitting the documents, I was told the role went on hold just a day after completing the process.
God knows what the real reason was, but disappointing experience.
