After applying online, Boat Rental Manager Alex Dickerson emailed in response to set up an interview time. During the interview, I was asked about my boating and customer service experience, work history, my suitability for the position, and what I could bring to the Fourwinds team. I was offered the job within a week of the interview. Alex and Heath, the two in charge of Boat Rental, are two of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. The work culture is very fun and relaxed while ensuring we still accomplish all goals and satisfy all customers.
