Entrevista técnica con un team lead y developer, donde comentamos mi experiencia reciente y me han hecho unas preguntas técnicas de .net, índices de bbdd, algoritmos de extracción de datos

Process was fine. Interview wasn't so difficult either but the environment wasn't good. Doesn't get good vibes. Got the response for moving forward in 8 days after application. Scheduled the first interview which went really great. Liked the guy and was nice and fun interview. Moved to the second round with Engineering Lead. Really a bad experience. I had to explain the same things twice. There was not sync between first and second round. It felt like you are not talking to a person, more or less to a robot. Engineering Lead was not smiling or haven't even talked in a nicer way. Got really bad feeling. Got the response in 2 days after my second interview that they are not proceeding forward with the details "we’re currently moving forward with candidates whose communication style and ways of reflecting on feedback and growth more closely align with what we’re looking for in this role". What kind of response you can expect from such a boring interview. I was being very honest and straight forward. The surprise is that I got this from Technical Interview however this should be from HR or cultural guys. Never applying again under that Engineering Lead. P,S. I really liked the product so I thought to give it a try. I was not looking for a job actively.
