Started with an online assessment and an AI interview - from the offset showed me that the company is structured and streamlined. Then progressed to 2 different video interviews, first with an Analyst then with a Senior Consultant. Both went through brainteasers and case studies with me, then asked some general questions. Finally, I had a long case study project which I had to analyze and present to the 2 Managing Partners as if I were the consultant and they were my client. The case was Metalcraft scorecard, about automotive suppliers. It wasn't something I had experienced before, especially under such time pressures but it was interesting.
