There was two rounds of interviews. One with a HR Executive in the company and another with the on site manager for the job. Both were phone interviews and were about 30 minutes long. Everyone was polite and the interviews were carried out in a timely manner.

The whole interview process took up to two hours. First 60 minutes were allocated to a complex assessment of 59 questions covering a variety of areas, plus a 1 minute typing test. The face-to-face interview was very relaxed with no tricky or unexpected questions.

where to start first make a Facebook page then stand in front of rest of group and describe your like dislike ect ect then get into group and do presentation in front of other group that wasn't to bad then well i wouldn't know was taken out of group and told unsuccessful was told sales wasn't for me i am more customer service was made to feel completely small in front of rest of group the interviewers were totally not approachable the main assessor came across like he couldn't be bothered
