Secured the interview via a recruitment agency. The agency forwarded my CV for a speculative position, and a partner replied saying they were looking. I was asked for an interview few days later. The partner I met was lovely, and the interview was very fun (lasted an hour). He had a coordinator with him as well. They described the office culture and projects, and position details. It was all very interesting. I was asked to talk about myself and my skills, as well as why F+P and what I want to achieve. I didn't actually go over my portfolio, although they had it printed out. I was shown around the office (which is amazing) and was told they would be in contact with the recruiter in 24-48 hrs. I received an offer 48 hours later and happily accepted.
